Thanks to the generosity of many in Tapestry's community, and other folk dancers around the country, we were able to send a check for over $10,000 to the Old Farmers Ball in North Carolina to distribute towards Hurricane Relief efforts. Here is a group picture from the Old Farmers Ball. What a JOY to be connected to so many around the country through the joy of dance!

"A few years ago, I picked up dancing again after many years of taking a break. I was surprised how happy and free it made me feel, in addition to the physical workout. Now I want to share that wonderful feeling with others.
