We are over the moon excited to share that ModernWell is expanding and opening a second location in Wayzata! Located at 985 East Lake Street, ModernWell Wayzata is set to open in late summer or early fall!

This new space will serve as another inspiring and welcoming hub to work, meet, and host small events/gatherings.

The space will offer private offices, conference rooms, phone booths, a kitchenette, an open coworking space, and a fabulous patio with views of the lake! The location is just steps from Wayzata’s excellent restaurants, fitness centers, and shops, and it even offers free underground parking!

We are beyond grateful and excited to take this next step in the ModernWell journey! Thank you to our amazing ModernWell Minneapolis members and staff, and all those who helped us reach this exciting milestone!
