Casie’s journey is one of courage and clarity. As a former regional director in the medical device industry, she was thriving in her career but felt something deeper was missing. It wasn’t burnout or dissatisfaction—it was a need to align her work with her inner values and purpose. This realization led her to pivot her life, embarking on an entrepreneurial journey that required resilience, patience, and trust—not just from her, but also from her husband and children, as it impacted them all. “If it matters to you, keep going. As long as your heart is in the right place, you will always be taken care of,” she reflects.

This path eventually led her to Jasna Burza’s mastermind program at ModernWell, where she found a space to cultivate her vision. What started as a leap of faith has blossomed into a transformative coaching practice and the launch of a book that’s set to inspire countless lives.

Age of Beauty is a testament to Casie’s belief that beauty is not skin-deep but a reflection of inner alignment and authenticity. Her journey includes overcoming challenges like a pivotal skiing accident in 2020 that left her with a visible scar and a renewed sense of self. With years of coaching, self-discovery, and personal development under her belt, Casie has emerged as a guiding light for women seeking to reclaim joy and confidence in aging.

Rosario Goze is a trailblazer. As the founder, president, and CEO of Omni Pro Inc., she leads a certified woman-owned small business specializing in construction, advanced materials, sustainable energy, and more. Over the past 14 years, she has grown Omni Pro into a trusted partner for federal agencies, local governments, and private enterprises—securing millions in contracts, including a recent $5 million project.

Her journey isn’t just about building a business—it’s about rebuilding herself. At 16, Rosario became a teen mom, and her drive to provide for her daughter ignited her entrepreneurial spirit. Starting as a laborer, she turned a single insulation job into a thriving company. Along the way, she overcame immense challenges, leaving an abusive marriage and advancing her career as a single mother.

Today, Rosario is scaling her business, creating equitable opportunities in the federal sector, and inspiring others through her work with the MN Department of Health and the Center for Antiracism Research for Health Equity.
