This December, we’re excited to once again be partnering with to collect daily-use personal care items for backpacks to support young people experiencing homelessness in the Twin Cities.⁠

Nothing like these gorgeous photos and sweet review from Payton + Teemu’s stunning summer wedding to brighten up this snowy November day.

“We’re still absolutely in awe over ; it was the perfect venue for our wedding. They had it all from phenomenal staff to luxurious space, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better!

They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the day and their top notch events team helps ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. We hosted our ceremony in the courtyard (outside) and our reception was in the Lakeside Room. Guests were in awe of the building and kept complimenting how beautiful it is (we also lucked out with absolutely perfect weather.) and how every detail was perfectly executed.

We could not recommend The Hutton House enough, and can’t wait to return for future celebrations. It’s definitely well-worth the investment for a beautiful, love-filled day!”

EVENT SPOTLIGHT: Each October, we are pleased to celebrate the International Day of the Girl with . Join Light of Hope Kenya on Thursday, October 10 at 11:30 am for a complimentary luncheon and their annual fall fundraising event in honor of The International Day of the Girl, recognizing girls’ rights and the unique challenges girls face around the world.

Light of Hope Kenya is a home and school providing refuge, restoration and redirection for lost and homeless girls in Kenya, Africa. They opened their doors in 2005 to 6 girls. Today, 177 girls are enrolled in Light of Hope’s program that empowers the young girls it serves to break free from the cycle of poverty, abandonment, and abuse. Over the last 19 years Light of Hope has educated over 400 girls and has served as an oasis of optimism and faith in a part of the world too often defined by poverty.
