The top two pictures are of my slightly altered recipe for Hummingbird Cake. This calls for bananas as well as pineapple, pecans, sultanas and coconut. It makes a moist and very moreish cake topped with an orange cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with chopped pecans...

The bottom pics are of another very moist and delicious cake, Apple & Cinnamon. The cake is decorated with Cinnamon cream cheese frosting topped with caramelised Apple slices.

Birthday cake time... vanilla sponge with 3 different chocolate sprinkles added to the batter, with chocolate buttercream filling, topped with vanilla buttercream and chocolate sprinkles. Inside, of course the obligatory Haribo gummies and candy... at least the kids seemed to love it! ❤️ 😂
