We even walked away with an award for our partnership with Children's Theatre Company for their annual gala celebration, Curtain Call Ball.

The BeEvents Project Manager is responsible for delivering defined project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results. The Project Manager will plan, organize, and track projects to the contracted scope of work. The Project Manager is responsible for client communications, meeting invites (internal and external), meeting recaps and meeting agendas. The Project Manager will bring forward the voice of the client throughout the BeEvents proven process, to ensure projects meet client expectations and objectives. The Project Manager rallies internal teams to do their best work assuring that the BeEvents values of positivity, empathy, and curiosity are modeled in every event that is produced.

We are elated to announce we’ve landed on the list of finalists for the BizBash Experience Awards for the Target x Gillette Children’s Winter Wonderland experience! Here is some background on the project:

A festive multi-brand activation at Gillette Children’s Hospital between Target and the Minnesota Twins intended to provide an experience to bring delight to each patient. In doing so, we aimed to counter the sterile atmosphere often associated with children’s hospitals during seasonal visits, infusing the facility with a sense of joy and festivity.

We crafted a branded journey where patients could choose their own adventure, with a variety of stops along the way. The event featured an array of activities with a focus on accessibility, making it easy for everyone to participate and to fully enjoy the winter wonderland. By combining these elements, we created a magical and inclusive celebration that brought warmth and joy to the hearts of all at Gillette Children’s Hospital.

It is an immense honor to be among the ranks of some of the greatest live experiences across the nation. Stay tuned!

Our final hurrah for 2023, and we went out with a bang 💥

The PCL Construction holiday party was a night for the books!

Complete with fire twirlers, casino games, and an intriguing scavenger hunt - this was an evening that employees didn't want to miss!

This was truly a testament to the power of gathering, and how celebration can strengthen internal teams, especially during the holiday season.

We're so grateful for the partnership, and look forward to what the future brings!
