Featuring matches from Old Town Mankato Day of the Dead and Festival de las Calavaras. A full hour of lucha bangers. Dia de los Rudos.

Catch Rudos Promotions this weekend in Old Town Mankato for the Day of the Dead Celebration. Matches will be running nearly every hour from 11:45 until 4pm at the Washington St intersection.

First match starts at 11:45. Our luchadors will be joined by Stephany Mendoza, who will sing between matches. She will probably not by doing any lucha moves or fighting anyone, but you'll have to come out this Saturday to find out!

Thanks to Festival de las Calaveras: Twin Cities Latinx Music + Arts Festival for inviting us to the party and letting us show the Twin Cities what lucha libre is all about. By the end of the night, the energy in the air was so electric that we literally blew a fuse as Renegado Strada was trying to thank the crowd - so here, we thank you again. Rudos Promotions sighting in the St Peter Herald. Thanks to Carson Hughes for the pictures and coverage of St Peter High School's celebration of Hispanic heritage. The students definitely got more than they bargained for as professional luchadors invaded the gym bleachers and brought the battle directly to them.

A variation on the traditional lucha libre Cinturones match (also known in America as a Lumberjack), Rudos Promotions brings a new twist to Festival de las Calaveras: Twin Cities Latinx Music + Arts Festival this weekend. The Chancletas Match replaces the leather strap with the even more feared flip flop and puts them into the hands of the audience. A limited amount of chancletas will be available at the Rudos booth before the match.

Join us at The Hook and Ladder Theater & Lounge this weekend at 5pm for this unique celebration.
