I was super fortunate to win 4th place top teacher in the Dance Vision Circuit and 6th place overall teacher at the Emerald Ball Dancesport Championships. These awards mean so much to me and help me provide for my family in a way I never thought possible.

I was also awarded top female teacher at the Emerald Ball and was gifted a beautiful ring. 💍 Thank you Wayne Eng for recognizing me and awarding such a thoughtful gift.

We had a wonderful time at the Emerald Ball Dancesport Championships thank you Wayne Eng for having us. You run a beautiful competition. Jerry Bursh and I felt so welcomed and loved our time there. It was extra special being there to see Jerry win Top male nightclub dancer and see him get his Dance Vision Circuit top male award. He’s worked so hard to accumulate points over the year and I’m so proud of all his efforts.

Thank you Gateway Dancesport Championships, Larinda McRaven and Arun Garg for hosting an amazing competition. The attention to detail and creativity behind your event was palpable. From the beautiful hotel, unique nightclub night, and inventive artistic themed ballroom and caberet show, you guys really leveled up. It was all so well done.

Jerry and I had a blast and his dancing has really improved and it showed. It’s so fun to see him grow as a dancer.

We were honored to take away yet another array of trophies and prizes.

Well, that’s a wrap on the Dancers Cup Tour. We finished up our last competition at the California Open Dancesport Championships. Debbie Avalos Kusumi put on an awesome competition where we felt all the love and support not only from her, but from a lot of the amazing studios that attended.

Jerry Bursh literally danced his b***y off. I’m so proud of how hard he works and how dedicated he was to pursing the Dancer’s cup tour. Like… he really really gets into it.

We took away a lot of amazing awards and I’m so grateful for each and every one. Great job Jerry! You are one special guy.

When I first met Lee von Lehe 2 years ago, he showed up to a dance lesson in cargo shorts, flip flops and had 2 bad knees.
2 knee replacements later and a ton of hardwork… here he is, excepting his top bronze student award. I couldn’t be more proud. Way to go Lee, you are an inspiration!

Wow, what an honor it was receiving so many wonderful awards this past weekend at Nashville Starz

Jerry Bursh told me last year at this competition that he wanted to win the Dancers Cup Tour hall of fame award. We have done our best to attend as many competitions in the circuit that we could and it paid off. He won the trophy and to my surprise, so did I! We both got our names engraved on a beautiful trophy, among some of the best teaches and students in the business. What an honor. Thank you for recognizing our hardwork and commitment to the tour.

Despite having pink eye and looking like I was crying all night, I did my best to receive the awards with as much grace and poise as I could muster. Lol I tried! Now time to rest… kind of.
