I was all set to make a soup (considering the weather) with salad but when I went in the fridge, I saw the flatiron steak. And grilled (yes, grilled) flatiron steak over a bed of pesto fettuccine with sautéed spinach and baby ‘bella mushrooms just seemed like a better idea. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Ultimate breakfast club. Smoked chicken thigh, crispy prosciutto, aged NY white cheddar, sunny side up egg, Japanese mayo and enough tomato & mixed greens to pretend there’s something healthy here. All on a nice, flaky, buttery croissant.
