Brooke and Shane’s wedding was the first time we got to work with Michelle from and we are so glad we did! Someone wanted to surprise them with the service, as a live artist is the one thing Brooke wanted most. You can see from these pictures how excited they were and how beautiful the final product was! Did you know the start of Hanukkah and Christmas Day only fall on the same day about every 15 years? It seems fitting that it’s happening in 2024 when more than ever everyone should be respectful of what religious celebrations one chooses to have (or none at all). Winter reminds us of being cozy and nothing is more cozy than having a smaller wedding. We wanted to revisit our blog that talks about why small weddings are better. We know a lot of couples make a wedding email to use during planning. Don’t forget to continue checking it for a couple of months after your wedding as your vendors may have follow ups for you (like catering refunds, forgotten items, review requests, etc).

We love when couples decide to do something special for their unity ceremony. Brooke and Shane brought back a bottle of whisky from their trip to Ireland and wanted to do a toast with it during the ceremony. We decided the perfect vessel for this was our acrylic table. Not only could we wheel it in when needed but could add something beautiful to it, which we then used later to put some late night snacks on. You can read more about their big day on our blog!

“Planning a wedding is a job. I can’t stress this enough. Could I have planned my own wedding?… sure.. Am I glad I got help? OMG YES! I did the partial planning package: no regrets. It was so nice having someone to bounce ideas off of, help make decisions (decision fatigue is real), and vendor and industry recs were super helpful. There is no way my wedding would have been as perfect and definitely would not have run as smoothly without Keyed up Events.

If you can afford the partial or full planning I promise you it’s so worth it. Dana and her team are TRUE PROFESSIONALS . I was stress free on my wedding day and will be forever thankful I got to truly enjoy it.

A huge perk: Keyed Up Events rental decor came in handy; I can’t even tell you how many times I would put an item in my Amazon cart and Dana would be like “oh we have that” amazing!

I have no regrets going with Keyed Up Events for my wedding planning and day of coordinator. I highly recommend Dana, Hope, and her team. They went above and beyond!”
