We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Kasano Mwanza will be joining the G.L. Berg Entertainment team as Administrative/Talent Support for our worldwide Cruise Ship Division! Kasano is a singer, songwriter, dancer, actor, and author (check out his cookbook and children’s book!) who was born in Zambia and raised in Minnesota.

Kasano has performed at sea as a lead vocalist for Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas as a longtime client of our agency. His theater credits include the Guthrie Theater, Chanhassen Dinner Theater, Theater Latte Da, and the History Theatre. Kasano will be a valuable addition to our team on the support side as he moves toward a Junior Agent role.

Help us welcome Kasano to the team! Let’s make magic!

Scene right after my final show:

Man: (gestures for me to turn off my mic) Hey, I didn’t want anyone to hear this.

Me: Uh oh, what did I do? (sees that he’s about to hand me a tip) No, no, you don’t have to. The show’s on me and the Fair.

Man: I know I don’t have to, but I want to. Thank you so much for the joy you bring on stage. Thank you for this family-friendly, exciting experience you’ve given us. I can see how much you love this.

Me: Haha… stop… you’re going to make me cry.

Man: Then cry, it’s okay. And now, I want to invite you back to our home state of Minnesota. I invite you to come back and perform for us all again. Thank you.

Minnesota State Fair, you never, ever… ever, ever, ever disappoint!

Thank you all for coming out!

And, without a doubt, I want to thank the amazing dream team of Don, Jim, and Nate for making us feel like rockstars at the Family Fair Stage in Baldwin Park!
