Hellooooo friends! Lots of new faces around here, and while we’ve been busy shooting weddings and editing our hearts out, just wanted to take a minute to say hey, hi, hello - we are still alive and so happy you’re here!

A few fun updates:

Luke officially retired from photography in order to focus completely on wedding films - we are super excited for him to pour all his creativity into his films!

Fall mini sessions have been SO fun! And we are gearing up to release holiday minis in the next few weeks! So, be on the lookout for that!

We now have a studio in northeast Minneapolis, and are SO excited about the space! Come check it out sometime! (And that’s where we took these fun headshots!)

We are doing a rebrand - it’s all in the works and we are so excited to share with you all that we have going on with that as we get further along!

2025 couples, wedding dates are filling up super fast! We are over 50% booked for the year and some months are fully booked - so, reach out sooner than later if you’re wanting to work together!

We are in the thick of wedding season and doing all we can to balance everything, its been overwhelming but we are so full of joy that we get to serve so many amazing people! We are so glad you’re here!

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming at times, but one thing we always remind our couples is that nothing has the power to ruin your day, unless you let it.

Brady and Etta embraced this so perfectly. While the ceremony was scheduled to be outdoors, there was a last minute switch to indoors due to the pouring rain, and even though it wasn’t the original plan - nothing could ruin their day.

Everything turned out so beautifully, and most importantly they were able to fully live in the moment and enjoy their day.

Huge shoutout to rush creek for being so flexible and able to accommodate last minute changes and execute the day so well. And okay, can we also admire the flowers by .floral - just stunning! Everything about this day was beautiful, rain or shine 🤍

As we are in the middle of wedding season, I just want to take a moment to pause. There are so many words and emotions, but all I can think of is this- I’m so thankful right now.

Thankful for our couples who trust us and continue to hire us to capture important milestones in their lives

Thankful for the ways we’ve grown - as people and as a business. If 5 years ago you were to tell me we’d be here, there’s no way in heck I’d believe you.

Thankful for the days where things were hard and we didn’t give up. Running a business takes a lot of grit and anyone who claims it’s easy or perfect is likely not sharing the full story because there’s a lot that goes into it - and man I’m so glad we never gave up on this dream.

Thankful for all the ways in which god has continued to show up and lead us in ways we cannot explain or even fully comprehend. Picking up a camera has completely changed my life, and it’s wild to think that all along that was God’s plan.

Thankful for what’s yet to come.

We’re half way through wedding season, and looking ahead at the calendar it feels like we’re only getting started. We’re so dang thankful and excited for the opportunities ahead and cannot wait to see it all unfold in front of us.

We are out of the office backpacking in the Mountains! We’ll have no service, no laptops, nothing but the great outdoors and we are so excited!!

Erin & Andy’s Chicago engagement photos 🫶🏼

These two showed us all around Chicago and some of their favorite places - we got apps and drinks at Parson’s, then we went for a walk along the riverfront, and then headed to one of the most beautiful beaches with a skyline view! And to end our night, we went to one of their favorite breweries where they have trivia might every single week. It was the perfect double date night exploring a beautiful city with an incredible couple.

They’re coming back to MN this fall for the state fair so we might just have to have a part two with these guys 🥹🤍 Minnesota edition :)

Six years ago, we hired Derek to shoot our wedding and his girlfriend Monica, tagged along as his second shooter. Here we are now with the honor and privilege of shooting these dear friends wedding and it was one we’ll always look back on as one for the books. There’s something so special about being able to spend extra time with your friends on their wedding day. It was one heck of a day and we cannot wait to share more; but for now can we just admire how stunning these guys are!? And also - redeemed farms will forever be one of our favorites. It couldn’t have been more perfect day!

Natalie and Sean hosted the most incredible weekend with all their friends and family gathered from coast to coast to celebrate their wedding in San Diego - we absolutely loved getting to be a part of their story. Did you know there’s a park right outside of Vegas that looks like this? It’s called valley of fire state park and it was so fun chasing precious and Leone around with our cameras there - 10/10 recommend as a place to elope or have an intimate wedding!
