Thank you to tonight’s Canadian & American National Anthem Singer, Lori Carbno. She was born & raised in Bottineau but been living in Minot since 1986. She’s been singing most of her life, mostly at church events. She’s retired from her career but substitute teaches. She’s somewhat new to the racing scene & personal friends with Bob Fuegmann which happens to be her favorite driver.

It's Tour Day!!

We hope the racing tonight is as great as it was last night. If you weren't there you missed some close, exciting races.

Grandstands open at 6pm. Racing at 7pm.

We are racing tonight at 7pm. This is not a Dakota Classic Modified Tour event but most of the drivers are here. Just IMCA Stock Cars and Modifieds tonight. Pits are open and driver check in has begun. Grandstands open at 6pm with racing at 7pm

RACING UPDATE!!!!! With the Dakota Classic Modified Tour canceling at the Jamestown Speedway we are going to RACE a non tour, non sanctioned IMCA Rules Modified and Stock Car show tonight at 7pm at the Playground of Power!!!!! The 2024 Dakota Mod Tour will begin Sunday July 7th at the Nodak Speedway.

We want to give the racers a chance to race since they are here. Financially this is a huge risk for us at the Nodak Speedway. We need at least 500 people in the stands and 60 cars in the pits to make this work. Spread the word that we are racing and if there are any business's or people wanting to sponsor tonight's races please reach out.

Tonight's show will be normal weekly pay for Stock Cars and Modifieds attached. This is a NON TOUR EVENT. We will post order events as it gets closer.

7PM Racing tonight at the Nodak Speedway. Spread the Word and this post please.

Senior/Military $13
Students 6-12 $5

Pit entry is $30 for everyone

Thank you to tonight’s National Anthem singer, Brooklyn Tomlinson on this Fourth of July. Brooklyn is from Turtle Lake & will be a junior in the Fall. She works as a nurses aide, is an All Region softball player, State solo qualifier in music, & loves racing her #17 sport compact.

Attention drivers. Nodak Speedway is on for tonight. With Jamestown Speedway canceling we are running legends. If you would like to run and are going to be late you can call 701 240 6811.

Also there will be hot laps after the race program that should end about 930pm until 1030pm.

Fireworks start at 1045pm.

We are a day away from our Independence Day races. The race program on July 4th will begin at 7pm with our grandstand opening at 6pm. SportMods, Hobby Stocks, Sport Compacts, Legends, Western Renegade Non-Wing Sprintcar Series and Slingshot will run heats and features.

All CLASSES are welcome to come and enter the pits by paying your pit pass because we will have an open practice after the conclusion of the last feature until 10:30pm. You must be parked in the pits by 7pm. You will not be allowed entry once the races begin. You and your crew will have to pay entry into the pits in order to practice but you can spectate the races in the stands if you would like with that same pit pass.

Can't wait to see everyone and celebrate our Independence Day at the playground of power with the Minot Fireworks Association Fireworks display to begin at roughly 10:45pm

Great news for drivers and fans. Velocita USA will be at NODAK SPEEDWAY for the 4th of July race night.

Now is the time to get measured for a new driving suit. They also have gloves, helmets, shoes, and apparel. Even if you are not in the market now for a new suit, this is your opportunity to be measured.

They will also be at McLean County Speedway on Friday, and will be at the tracks every night of the tour.

Make sure you take advantage of this opportunity to be measured.
