Today, we celebrate the beautiful tradition of giving mittens and spreading warmth during the chilly season! In honor of this special day, the North Dakota State Fair is excited to announce that we will again be collecting new or gently used winter gear to support the Minot Area Homeless Coalition.

Let's make a difference together! 🙌❤️ Please take a moment to dig through your winter gear and bring in any extra hats, gloves, scarves, jackets, boots, or sweaters you can spare. Every item counts and helps keep our community warm!

Join us in this wonderful celebration of generosity, kindness, and community spirit! We can't wait to see your contributions! 🧤🧣✨ Please have all donations dropped off before December 31st!

📢 Exciting News! The Minot Area Career Expo is happening on November 6th from 9 AM to 2 PM at the North Dakota State Fair Center! 🚀

This one-day event is designed to introduce high school students and the Minot community to high-wage, in-demand careers. Local businesses and industry professionals will showcase career opportunities through interactive, hands-on exhibits!

These exhibits will: ✅ Educate attendees about in-demand career opportunities and the training needed ✅ Introduce career paths that may be new to attendees ✅ Spark new ideas and ignite future aspirations ✅ Highlight what makes the Minot area a great place to live, work, and play

Last year, we welcomed over 1,800 students from area schools and featured over 40 interactive exhibits showcasing diverse career opportunities! You don’t want to miss this amazing event! 🌟
