Belizean Marinated Grilled Shrimp, Twice Grilled Avocado & Sweet Kale and Brussel Sprouts Salad

Recipe:
- Halve avocado and remove seed. Season with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and granulated onion. Place face down on 350 degree preheated grill, cook for approximately 10-12 minutes. Turn over, skin side down, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. Remove from the grill and top with sour cream and salsa.

- Season shrimp with salt, Belizean Recado seasoning, and a dash of Old Bay seasoning. Toss in Belizean Coconut Oil. Grill for 2-4 minutes per side.

- Combine kale with shaved brussel sprouts, then toss with craisins and a sweet chantilly dressing.
