What a great afternoon! Catered a lunch event in San Diego and found this gem on my drive home. The owners are so warm, the food very flavorful and clean tasting. I can't wait to be in the area again. Near Legoland, 1.5 miles off Cannon Street. AVO Cafe relocated from Santa Monica.

I shop Trader Joe's weekly and am so happy my store has this! Tossed in garlic steeped EVOO, a bit of my vegan Alfredo and Follow Your Heart Parm. The pasta is so soft and the filling tasty. Three packs were enough for our family of four. 🌱

Genius idea: Sent my double layer peanut butter cake, UNFROSTED, for a client's 40th birthday. Her kiddos loved decorating with the extra chocolaty goodness and peanuts. Don't you think they did a great job?

Got to see and taste so many soon to be released products. 😋 My favs: Chickpea ice cream, cottage cheese made from watermelon seeds, sunflower seed goat cream cheese, all kinds of innovative "meat", "whole milk" made from pea protein/cabbage and pineapple juice, too many drinks and snacks to list.
