I figured it’s time I officially introduce myself. My name is Amaya and I am the owner of Amaya’s Magical Moments! 🌻

Before I started helping create magical events I worked with Montana State Athletics as a on field coordinator. Then, last summer, I planned my own wedding – and BAM! It hit me like a confetti cannon 🎉– this is what I was born to do! So, here I am, ready to make your celebrations absolutely magical. Let’s get this party started! 🍾

I recently started my event planning business and I am so excited to begin to share all about it!

I have been doing event planning/coordinating for over 5 years and recently got married this past July. After planning my own wedding from top to bottom I decided it was time to put my passion into my own business. I currently live in Missoula, Montana but travel the whole state!

Amazing and beautiful past two weekends to wrap up my summer wedding season! Weekend one was a beautiful (and windy 💨) time in Great Falls that went by with such ease and was so much fun! Weekend two was a beautiful mountain wedding @bridgerbowl that was so magical. I felt so blessed to be chosen by this couple and family. I love traveling across the state for weddings and getting to have a small impact on these amazing days.
