1. Lunch service is now available Monday through Friday from 11am to 1:54pm.

2. We will be offering catering through at least 2024. Hit us up via our website!

3. The Burns Event Center space (dining room) is available for rent for your holiday parties or other events.

Almost everyone behaved on Saturday and we love, love you for helping us make this difficult time less so.

For Sunday, there will be absolutely no take-out orders. Plan on a 40-minute wait (bring a granola bar!). Phone will be off. Large parties will be split into smaller groups. A four hour playlist of all of the greatest bistro jamz ever has been created. This will rule.

We love you, Missoula, even though you hate brunch. Many blessings to all of our staff, current and past, thank you for all of your work!

You ever stop to think maybe the Bistro is really closing because they wanted to silence the Garfield posts once and for all? Think about it. First Mondays and now forever. It all really starts to add up… Maybe it’s time to repent our Garfield ways? Hahaha jk smiles. Garfield for lyfe!

Today was the final bizkit making day at BSB. We, Roxy and Vanilla Thunder, made half the usual number we normally would have. An extremely conservative estimate is that we averaged 40,000 per year. Pre-COVID, it was undoubtedly closer to 50,000.

That two people could create 50,000 of anything by working on it merely one day per week each year seems unlikely, but that's showbiz, baby!

Honestly, though, we often kinda disliked making them. The repetition, dry skin, flour sniffles--ya know, baking. But we never thought we wouldn't be making them again, not until today. Tuesday. Biscuit day. As it has been for eleven years.

Bistronauts, thank you for twelve or so years of patronage. Our final day of service will be Sunday, October 1st. In the meantime, we will be open Thursday through Sunday from 9am to 1pm. We will still be offering catering well into 2024 and taking care of our catering clients who are already on our books.

From pig brain fritters to Dirt Bag Dinner to serving 1.7 million pounds of veggie browns to the Great Pretzel Bun Affair of 2012, we've seen a lot of changes in Missoula and the Missoula culinary landscape (street tacos!), and we are happy to have shared many a meal and questionable idea with our community.

We want to especially thank all of our current and former staff for making the legend of BSB what it is today, for working in a warehouse that pretends at being a kitchen, for routinely cleaning the s*x toys off of our patio, for creating an inclusive, fun, and inviting space for all to enjoy. You will be missed.

This morning I woke up to pet my cat and pulled my hand away soaking wet covered in hair. If that doesn’t sum up today I’ll be pleasantly surprised.
