OFFICE AND LAUNDRY ASSISTANTS

At Montana Party Time, office team members work together to help make customers event dreams come true! Starting at $17/hr + DOE and has flexible scheduling!

Responsibilities

Office team members help clients in person and over the phone with reserving equipment for their events as well as problem solving any last minute obstacles. They assist with taking payments, helping clients load and unload their vehicles, counting inventory, pulling orders, keeping the office clean, running errands, spot treating linens, and washing laundry. Attention to detail, problem-solving, good communication, and working well both alone and in a team setting are important skills for this job. Qualifying applicants may also find this job to fulfill requirements for a summer internship in several fields of study.

SUMMER DELIVERY CREW MEMBERS

At Montana Party Time, Crew Members travel all across Western Montana setting up and taking down canopies, chairs, and tables from various events and venues. Starting at $17/hr + DOE and has flexible scheduling!

Responsibilities

Travel to lots of beautiful venues and learn to build a wide variety of event canopies! Crew members also will load and unload delivery trucks, set-up stages, wash equipment, maintain inventory counts, and follow both written and verbal instructions. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and working well in a team setting are important skills for this job.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
Works well with others
Basic customer service skills/manners
Attention to detail
