URGENT: The Silk Road Needs Your Help!
We're sending this message in a state of shock because our long-time Silk Road Catering Google Business Profile has been unexpectedly disabled, labeled as "Business does not exist." Either by a technical glitch or malicious intent, this has been a real blow. It may seem trivial at first glance, but we've poured our hearts and souls into The Silk Road since 2009, nurturing it into a thriving operation with an exceptionally strong online presence.
Without the profile, search engine relevance and ranking are non-existent. All the heartfelt customer reviews (over 100 of them!), with a testament to our exceptional service and delicious food, all vanished overnight. "Missoula Catering" and "Montana Catering" searches no longer show The Silk Road, which used to rank in the top three. Now, the only way customers can find us is if they already know our name.
Although we have a strong local following, a significant majority of our business is with newly engaged couples looking for wedding caterers. This disappearance is hurting our ability to connect with these new customers, especially those who rely on online reviews to make decisions. We built a respected profile with a 4.8-star rating, and it's heartbreaking to see that connection vanish.
We appealed the decision, but unfortunately, it wasn't approved. We've created a new profile, but starting from scratch is incredibly tough. It currently sits on page 6 of search results with zero reviews, relevance, or ranking.
