Got a group of 8 guys staying in town for a few days to have a bit of fun golfing the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. We’ll be cooking breakfast and dinner for them each day they’re here🤘 They needed a quick grab and go breakfast this morning and we knew just what to deliver🌯

Our surprise birthday dinner continues with the main course! All the guests received beef and grouper but the birthday girl wasn’t a fish fan so she got some delicious scallops all to herself!

To continue with our surprise birthday dinner we got inspiration from our most recent trip to New Orleans.

We served up some extremely tasty Duck Gumbo Soup Dumplings! Tender gyoza stuffed with ground duck, peppers, onions, and Ravens famous sherry roux🤤 It was our first time making these bad boys but we can guarantee it won’t be the last!

Last night we had the pleasure of cooking for, none other than, our daughter’s pediatrician! Not knowing that we owned Sheepshead, he called us wanting to surprise his wife with a birthday dinner. It took us a bit to realize who each other were but once we did, we had a good laugh about it🤪

To begin the night off right, we started everyone off with a delicious cup of Roasted Cauliflower & Crab Soup, a refreshing Winter Salad w/ Balsamic-Dijon Vinaigrette, and a Charred Onion Cornbread Muffin.

This was a first for us but we hope it won’t be the last! A Christmas themed wedding with a BYO Taco/Pasta Bar!🌮🎄🍝
We had such a great time cooking for the Homshers and their loved ones🙌 We even made a special sauce for them that goes great on a taco AND it’s amazing as a pasta sauce! This will not be the last time you hear about this special sauce, I can promise you that!
