Our annual Christmas trip to Nola was shorter than usual but we still managed to pack a lot in… mostly food!

The viral gumbo soup dumplings from were definitely worth the hype! Next time we’re getting two orders EACH!

I’ve been stalking for a long time now and we FINALLY made our way to this uptown gem! We each started off with a cup of the turtle soup. Franklin, Sq**rt, & Crush better keep clear of this place because they’ll be turned into a bowl of deliciousness in a snap! The fried green tomatoes were perfection🤤 Topped with rock shrimp, trout roe, and Crystal hot sauce pulp… it’s a no brainer. Ravens Vietnamese inspired snapper & crab/cucumber salad was top notch and my Korean chicken sandwich tossed in gochujang-honey was *chefs kiss*. Their house made boudin was the best boudin we’ve tasted… too bad we forgot it when we left☹️ Oh and our server, Tara, was a rockstar🤘

I wouldn’t want to do life with anyone else my love😍 Can’t wait to take our little gremlin to all the tastiest food spots and her first Krampus parade!👹

The Roto- Rooter Managers Christmas Party was one for the books! The menu, the people, the vibes, everything. We really had a great time taking care of these folks👍

We started them off with with a few tasty hors d’oeuvres. First up was our melt in your mouth Pepper Jelly Pork Belly. They were sticky and crispy and tender all at once! Definitely a hit👍

Cajun boiled peanuts purred with tahini and other tasty ingredients 🤫 Drizzled with a balsamic glaze and chili crunch… This is a home run y’all🥜❤️‍🔥

It was a beautiful wedding filled with amazing people, delicious food, & tons of love! Thank y’all for letting us be apart of such a great evening!

Date nights are always really special. We all have extremely busy lives and a lot of the time we forget to take quality time with our significant others. So when we get hired to cook for date nights, we are always super excited! Not only do we get to spend some one-on-one time with our clients but we also get to have a lot of fun with the menu😁

Our 11th wedding of the year was also our biggest, with 249 wedding guests(give or take a few)!! HUGE shout out to and for all of their hard work and assistance. Couldn’t have pulled it off without y’all!

And a massive congratulations to Kennedy & Dalton!! Thank y’all for allowing us to be a part of such a momentous day. We Hope y’alls future is filled with all the happiness and love🥰
