Keeping pace with its expanding function, the Center for Real Estate and Economic Development at the University of South Alabama is evolving and with that evolution comes a name change. The department within the Mitchell College of Business has been rebranded the South Alabama Center for Business Analytics, Real Estate, and Economic Development, or SABRE.

On October 26, the Chamber will host Forum Alabama with Governor Kay Ivey. The event starts at 8 a.m. and doors open at 7:30 a.m. at the University of South Alabama MacQueen Alumni Center. The cost is $30 per person for members/$50 for future members. Payment must be made with reservation. Reservations required. The presenting sponsor is Alabama State Port Authority.
