We love a midweek cocktail party to break up the week before a holiday weekend. Tonight on the menu: shrimp and conecuh skewers with a bourbon bbq glaze, pear, blue cheese and pistachio bites, vegetable spring rolls, baked brief topped with raspberry preserves and toasted almonds, seasoned pecans, crab and brie dip, rare riast beef crostini with goat cheese and arugula topped with black olive and red pepper relish and key lime tartlets with fresh raspberries.

Beautiful wedding on Dog River this past weekend! Cocktail hour was passed watermelon, mint, and feta skewers and bacon wrapped duck bites. We grilled oysters on the half shell, and shrimp and sausage skewers, tomato pies, southern pickled shrimp, grilled asparagus, butter and herbed chicken skewers and a late night snack of smash burgers, shoe string fries, and busheackers!
