This past weekend was one of the most challenging times in my life as I had to work despite the passing of my father on Saturday morning. Despite the immense pain I was feeling, I made the difficult decision to continue with my deliveries. but I didn't want to disappoint them or risk receiving negative reviews. It took all my strength to put on a brave face and carry out my responsibilities, even though my heart was heavy with grief. I remember a previous incident when a customer left a negative review after my driver father passed away on July 4, criticizing us for allegedly ruining her kids' party. She suggested we should have had a backup plan for such situations. These experiences have taught me the importance of empathy and understanding in both personal and professional interactions.
