At Anne Hollis and John’s wedding, we picked up the guest's late-night snack, 75 Happy Meals from McDonald’s. What they didn’t see? ✨ Ellen and I jumped behind the counter to help the staff get them ready when the order wasn’t prepared! 🍔⁠

What is your favorite vacation destination? ⁠
Seaside Florida. Bert and I started going there the year before we married and we have gone every year since! Connor our son celebrated his first 5 birthdays in Seaside and it’s just a special place because both sets of our parents joined us every year.⁠ 🌊⁠

What is your dream event venue to plan for? ⁠
I don’t really have a dream venue but a dream country/location. Anywhere in Italy! I am truly in love with Italy. It’s magical. The canals of Venice, the vineyards of Tuscany, the alleys and cobblestone streets of Rome and the colors of Portofino. I would love to plan a wedding there.⁠ 🇮🇹⁠

How long have you been with Studio08? ⁠
I started Studio08 in 2017 when I closed my clothing store Dragonfly. I have always done events on the side even while owning Dragonfly, working for Junior Miss and Parisian but finally went official that year. It just seemed like the right next step….To do what I have always loved and done as a side business but full time now.⁠ 🤍⁠

What’s your favorite thing about working for Studio08? ⁠
My clients and my vendors. I truly love meeting new people and finding out what brings them happiness for their special event. I also love finding out what each client need from me and the role that I need to play in⁠ addition to planner. I also love working and collaborating with my vendors. I work with some of the most talented people with amazing creative abilities – I am only as good as the vendors I surround myself with. 🕊️
