Reindeer Chow 😋✨

Ingredients:

6 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 cup holiday M&M candies (red and green)
1 cup mini pretzels
½ cup white chocolate chips

Directions:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter, and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Gently stir to coat the cereal evenly.
Transfer the coated cereal into a large zip-top bag, add the powdered sugar, and seal the bag. Shake until the cereal is thoroughly coated in powdered sugar.
Spread the coated cereal on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and set for about 15 minutes.
Once set, transfer the coated cereal to a large bowl and gently fold in the holiday M&M candies, mini pretzels, and white chocolate chips.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
