Okay! So parking may need to be paid for. If you can't pay pm me. Stephanie Brunson. Lysa Miller will have red white and blue table cloths to help find the area. We are going to the lake at Battleground State park. About 1 pm. Bring swimming stuff and your favorite dish. If you want to comment what you're bringing and how many people will be with you that would be great! I have about 35 people? Should be fun!

Do you have any outdoor games? Looking for another corn hole or 2. Any bag race stuff? I just can not find the mesh bags... except on the river... for garbage and cans... but I figured I'd find some in the store...🤷‍♀️ I have a hand pump and a lighter plug pump for inflatables.

We really look forward to seeing everyone! Let's get this party started! 🥳

Hello! Due to unfortunate circumstances we are not camping this year. We are going to have a pot luck at Battleground state park.
Lysa Miller currently has a site and will set up Saturday July 26th 2025 in Battleground. Bring your favorite dish, float toys, and your best stories. We hope to see you all there! This story is not about our family but it shows how the smallest story is important. With the losses we have suffered maybe we can share memories, here for later generations to read and know their family stories.... what you gossiped about at Christmas dinner... 😆 that could get juicy... any ways please share a story of life as a kountz. This dog's name was Gunner. My uncle brought him back from WW2. He was raised and slept under my uncle's anti- aircraft gun. The gun crew shared their
rations to feed him. By the time he was 18 months old, my uncle said he would stand up and look at the sky. If he laid back down they knew all was ok. If he growled
and put his hackles up they got at the ready. He knew the sound of the German aircraft and my uncle said he
never got it wrong. He said Gunner was better than any early warning system. I'm probably the only one left in the family that knows that story now, so I thought I'd tell it before it's lost forever, like many stories must be from that time. Thanks for reading it

Good morning! I can see people checking out the page. I have been looking for a host for months and unfortunately at this time we have no one interested... I can't do it alone as I live 150 miles away. So maybe next year. For the people we lose this year, sending all the love and will cherish the memories we have. If anyone is willing to help for next year step up sometime soon. Thanks
