New year same us! Here is a general price sheet for Events at 4500 QC. We try and keep things fairly easy. The back room use is reserved for full day events. All other amenities are available for Partial and Full Day bookings. You will walk in the day of your event with your tables, chairs, buffet tables, warmers, drink dispensers, and everything else we've discussed set up and ready for you. Our guests can bring in their own food or hire any caterer of their choosing. We do not have a forced bar. Our guests can choose any of the amazing professional mobile bars or liquor caterers in the QC. If you'd like a whole bar to pull in, we have had several guests hire Bent River Brewing Company and had an amazing time. Looking for someone to serve up your own The Wandering Crowd has packages from basic bar service to some amazing custom signature services sure to elevate any party!
Our goal is to provide an amazing space where your vision can flourish.

🎉🎉 Booking vendors for 2025 events running from March 21st (weather permitting)- October 31st at Marketplace at 2500! Starting with Taco Tuesdays! Do you make, craft, bake, grow, or sell things? Do you want to pick your own days, times, and make a set schedule that works for your business and family? Email us and we would be happy to find event, days, and times for Marketplace customers to get to know you and your brand!!

🎉 We are officially booking vendors for 2025 events at Marketplace at 2500! Up first is Taco Tuesdays! We already have Tacos Al V***r signed up! The Wandering Crowd , and Brightside Brews LLC will be joining us for some dinners and lunches! We are looking for Market vendors who would like to join in! We have some spaces filled already but would like atleast 10 more vendors for lunch 11-3ish, dinner 3ish-7ish, or full days 11-7ish! We will be meeting with vendors at our sister company Events at 4500 QC! please tag your favorite local vendors! As we ring in the new year, I want to thank everyone who let us be even a small part of their moments! We have hosted Business meetings, weddings, receptions, fashion shows, app launch parties, speed dating, birthdays, baby showers, divorce party, baptisms, first communion, celebrations of life, retirement parties,vendor events, DJ trainings, photo shoots, quinceneras, sneaker parties, indy movie release, Xbox game nights, movie parties, and so many more! Q.C. Fork in the Road will be in the parking lot serving up their amazing food from 1030 to 3pm... Don't sleep on those grilled sandwiches, and fried pickles.

Creative Signature Cuisine will be on site from 1030am to 3pm for all your energy, coffee and hot cocoa needs.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our first vendor event!! Thank you to all of the vendors who took a chance on a new space, on a Wednesday, in the middle of the day! A big thank you to Mercy One for giving us the opportunity to host their event. We appreciate everyone working so hard to bring amazing providers to our community! The Full Nelson Catering armed with their charcuterie cups, amazing dips, and other Hors d'oeuvres had everyone fed and happy.! Bent River Brewing Company had the bar covered and made sure no one went home thirsty. Couldn't have asked for anything else!
