We would really appreciate a heads up at least 2-3 business days before your event, especially for major holidays. While we can certainly put together almost any order within 24 hours, we strive to make sure your catering is both delicious and memorable, so we don't want to rush perfection. Do you have gluten-free options for catering? Our menu is 100% customizable. Please let us know any and all food allergies/sensitivities and we can work with you to build your catering menu around these. What kind of foods are your specialties? Our specialty might be described as "home-cooked", though we have experience in many cuisines. What is the estimated cost? Budgeting is a huge factor, and we understand that. Every crumb we .deliver is yours to keep, however it is your responsibility to provide proper storage and proper temperatures for the leftovers. If you do not want to take the leftovers, we can also dispose of them for you
