Merry Christmas! We hope you are having a cozy Christmas! One of the luxuries of owning a flower shop is making centerpieces for your own table. This year I went with bright colors, because frankly I love them! And it's dreary outside, and well, I'm tired of red 😁 Whatever you're doing today, we hope you are experiencing joy this holiday season. Remember, the greatest gift we were given was a born in a stable and placed in a manager. We've come a long way- but one thing that remains is Gods love for us. Happy Birthday, Jesus!
Do you know how we make our own spider webs?

Sharing is caring!! Best neighbors ever!
Today marks 6 months since I lost my mom. It was 3 days before Valentine’s Day. I was at the shop when I got the call and fell to my knees. I saw her that morning, but I left at 5am so I could be at the shop by 8am. My mom was only 70, she died of rectal mucosal melanoma. She lived in the Chicago suburbs but I talked to her everyday. When my mom was put on hospice I traveled back and forth to Chicago from January 1st- June 1st. I am an only child and had to take care of her belongings, estate and animals. I don’t share all this personal stuff because this should be a space for beautiful flowers. But I wanted to share my heart with you today. Despite all the pain and heartache God was so good to me throughout this journey, one I thought I might crumble and fall, but I’m here to tell you even in your darkest hours there is hope, you will rise, put your trust in Jesus.
