🎈 A Quick Note About Filling Foil Balloons Purchased Elsewhere 🎈

We’re always happy to help fill foil balloons that our customers bring in! However, please keep in mind our helium service policy — even if a balloon doesn’t float, pops, or leaks, there is still a charge for the helium used during inflation.

Here’s a great example of why this policy is in place 👇
This balloon came in from another retailer and floated upside down after being filled! The reason? The foil material was heavier and lower quality than the professional-grade balloons we purchase from our trusted vendors.

The good news — we found a creative fix! 💡
We transferred the helium into a larger foil balloon, added air to this one, and built a custom latex base to turn it into a fun centerpiece instead.

We love finding solutions that keep your celebration looking great — just remember, not all balloons are created equal! 🎉
