Outside, the GLASSED in Pavilion offers conversational seating around the wood-burning fireplace, bar, and elegant lighting. Two Bricked patio areas for gathering. A wooden walkway takes you to the beautiful wedding gardens. All in all, the Arch is the place to plan your next event. You will be in good hands from start to finish. Our A-Team has years of experience in the event industry. They will make your special day seem effortless. Whether it’s planning a big event or hosting a small gathering of friends, The Arch is the go-to place in Berkeley County and is centrally located in the heart of Moncks Corner on Main Street. PAVILION ONLY:
Mondays – Thursdays Up to 8 hours $1,200

Fridays or Saturdays Up to 13 hours $4,000

THE ENTIRE VENUE:

Law enforcement, military, and first responders get 10% off! Additional site fees include:
Security Deposit of $400.00 (will be returned if no damage)

Catering: We have our on-site catering company that comes with 17 years in the business. Artistic Catering, LLC
Planning, Coordinating, Florists, Décor, Design, Set-Up: Our A-Team consists of wedding planners, day of coordinators, florists, design layout, and set up. Our team will be there to assure your day is as close to your dream as possible.

***Outside vendors must be pre-approved. You may bring your own alcohol (no glass bottles, no shots), however, you must use our bartenders (fee=$200, 4 hours ). You must have event alcohol insurance listing you and your guest up to 1 million. A licensed DHEC caterer, is preferred.
**** New 2024 you can use family to cater but you must sign additional paperwork, and security deposit will increase to 700

Getting a late message from the bride, realizing she couldn't find her dress sleeves, tugged at the sentimental side. The trash had already been taken out for pick-up! I got up early, hoping the sleeves would be in the bridal suite, but no luck. Remembering that the house trash bags were the last ones in, I began my search. And guess what? In the very first bag - success! 🙌🏻Despite the early hour and the curious looks from passing commuters during the busy school and work rush, I kept digging. I'm sure they were all wondering what was going on!😂😂

This is one of the most difficult posts I've had to share in a long time. We lost a cherished member of our A-Team on 01/19/2024 – our beloved Minnie.

Expressing the depth of our heartbreak is challenging. Minnie was not just a cat; she was my best assistant. She warmly greeted us, welcomed guests, gave property tours, admired brides, and even attended weddings upon receiving an invitation.

Her remarkable eight years with us were truly special. Minnie held the title of the most loved and photographed cat in the wedding industry. The Arch and The A-Team will never be the same, and to be honest, neither will my heart.

* the 8 years she’s been with us, she NEVER went near the road. She was scared of it. I’ll never understand why she went yesterday. 💔Thank you to whoever moved her

We got married in the gardens and had our reception in the pavilion There after. The venue it’s self, alone is breathtaking but the beautiful decor throughout the whole venue that Mary and her team put together and surprised us with we’re to die for…literally brought me to tears because I couldn’t have asked for anything more special and elegant. The service and food were spectacular and tasteful. My guests said it was the best wedding food they have every had. The bartenders made amazing drinks and people didn’t have to wait. The night started and ended perfectly, I am beyond happy with my experience. If you are looking for a wedding venue this is the spot that makes and creates the wedding of your dreams! They truly care about every detail. The Arch, the owner Mary, service and staff are out of this world and You won’t regret it!!!! No need to look further this venue has it ALL and more!

Comes with (10) round tables, (100) Chiavari Chairs, (20) wedding benches. “House, Pavilion and Wedding Gardens” entire venue. Rents for $2,800.00, This includes (10)round tables,(160) Chiavari chairs, (7) cocktail tables, a gift table, memory table, cake table and (30) wedding benches**** A rental savings over 2,300************

Sundays rate......….the entire venue rents for $2, 200.00 Event times from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. There is a 400.00 damage deposit that will be returned if no damages within four business days. You must have event alcohol insurance( if alcohol will be served at your event) listing you and The Arch up to 1 million. $200.00 Clean up fee We have several items that can be added to your package, by our preferred vendor listing.
