We’re very sad to share our friends in Higher Vibration can no longer play 11th Annual Raise Your Voice Festival. We are looking for a band to fill their slot, and if possible a band that played with Jake Hursh of FUBAR. Please reach out if you’re interested!

Hey Higher Vibe Family,

First off I just wanna say I love you all and I’m so grateful for all the support you’ve given this band over the past couple years, we really couldn’t have gotten this far without you!

With that being said, I unfortunately have to step away from playing live music with the band for the time being. For the past few years, I’ve been dealing with physical and mental health issues, and they become increasingly difficult to manage with the stresses that come with constantly playing shows.

This is by no means the end of Higher Vibration. While I take this time to tend to myself, I will also be able to put more focus into producing and releasing the next HV album, thankfully, from the comfort of my home.

We’ll be back on the stage soon, and it’ll be better than ever!

Until then, take care of yourselves, be kind to others. Love, respect, and gratitude to all of you 🫶🏻✌🏻

RAISE YOUR VOICE 11 - CELEBRATING JAKE HURSH

Hey everyone, Linzi here. As you may or may not know, my brother in law, Jake, lost his battle to cancer in 2022. In the time I got to know Jake, I knew him as incredible and passionate artist, a loyal friend, and loving brother/son/partner and father. The world has truly felt darker since its loss of him.
Back in 2018, we were lucky enough to have his band Fubar play our festival, and in celebration of Jake they will be coming back this year alongside a bunch of talented musicians to celebrate him. (That announcement coming soon!)
It only seems fitting to be able to put on the festival this year for him, because since the day I met Jake he never did anything but support my art. I’m grateful for the opportunity to put some of that back into the universe.

If anyone who knew Jake would like to be involved, or even if you just knew of Jake and would like to lend a hand, please reach out to us here. If all you would like to do is come enjoy some live music in honor of him, that’s great too!

Raise Your Voice is a free music festival located at Monessen City Park Amphitheater. We pour our hearts into it and we hope you enjoy!
