We are looking for 15 carefully selected vendors to join us for our Spring Fling Market on:
📅 March 20th, 2025
🕔 5 PM - 8 PM (Set-up begins at 4 PM)

🎟 Vendor Details:
• Booth space: 8x8 feet
• Fee:
• $50 if you provide your own table/setup
• $100 if we supply it for you
• Spaces are limited and highly sought after!

Important:
Vendors have 24 hours from inquiry to complete their contract and payment. After that, the space will be offered to the next interested vendor.

Calling all photographers! Starting March 24, Sage and Soirée Studios will be available for your creative projects. Whether it’s portrait sessions, branding shoots, or styled photoshoots, our beautiful space is designed to bring your vision to life.

📅 Weekday Rates (Monday - Thursday):
$75/hour (Minimum of 3 hours)

📅 Weekend Rates (Friday - Sunday):
$95/hour

✨ What’s Included:
• Bottled water
• Fresh coffee
• A hospitality station
• Simple organic snacks for your clients and guests

📸 Important Note for Photographers:
Lighting equipment is not provided. Please bring any additional lighting or equipment you may need to ensure your shoot is perfectly lit!

Graze & Go Takeaway Boxes are perfect for treating your staff to a light lunch!

Companies and businesses across the country are bringing staff back to the office during the work week in 2025, and we'll be rolling out our new, Corporate & Small Business Lunch menu on the website, which allows local businesses to order selections off the website for pick up or local delivery, on Thursday & Friday every week.

Orders must be placed no later than 12pm the day before. (so if you want to order for Thursday, you'll need to order by 12pm Wednesday. If you want to order for Friday, you'll need to order by 12pm Thursday)

Sandwich Flight boxes will include two dozen, two bite, signature tea sandwiches of your choice, and 12 Charcuterie cups, filled with seasonal fruit, veggies, meats & cheeses. (serves 12)

Looking for something a little heartier?
Our Soup & Sandwich Flight box is definitely the way to go, and includes choice of 8oz soup (smoked gouda tomato, loaded cauliflower, unstuffed pepper) and two dozen, of our two bite signature tea sandwiches made on our housemade foccacia.
