Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.

This is what I practiced when I started Floras & Bouquets August 15th 2015 in Sioux Falls SD.

I let go of my business in Sioux Falls SD on October 7th 2022.

I really had no intentions of starting my floral business up again after moving 1,560 miles from Sioux Falls SD to the little country town of Monroe Oregon, after all, I only know a handful of people here in Oregon.

I have heard it said many times, that your gifts and callings will find you.

I had to let go of a lot in Sioux Falls, but my business was one of the things I've missed the most.

Once again, my floral business has found me, here in the little town of Monroe Oregon on February 28th 2025.

I don't know where this will lead me, but there is one thing that I have learned from the past, if you just take one step forward, there are great opportunities and possibilities to come.

Sioux Falls was so incredibly good to me and Floras & Bouquets. I am eternally thankful for the friendships, opportunities and lessons that I learned during the 16 years I got to live there.

Here's to moving forward, to experience new adventures in a new state and town while I step into my gifts and callings.

I found these little chickies and this little cake plate at The Courtyard on Sixth: Always Something New this afternoon and knew they had to come home with me. They go perfect with my spring table scape.

Today is very much a bitter sweet day for me.

Today was the last harvest, and the last delivery for Floras & Bouquets LLC.

This decision was made with a lot of thought, careful considerations, spending hours in prayer and looking deep within.

It is time for me to move on.

I will be moving closer to family in Oregon. I am hoping to be out of Sioux Falls SD before the snow flies, but we will see what the Lord has for me in the next few weeks as our home goes on the market.

I appreciate any and all prayers and positive thoughts for a smooth transition.

I am looking forward to being able to spend time with my family and making new adventures and memories with them.
