Dreaming it up...

Nate and Rachel Gagnon have been cooking up this idea for a food truck for a long time. Our dream of running a food truck materialized when we searched for ways to share our love of simple, hearty cooking much like we cook on our open fire pit most nights at home. Nate's background in cooking across the country from New Orleans, to Upper Michigan and Rachel's love of gardening culminated into a strong plan. Though our farm still needs work to be producing enough to sustain our farm to food truck idea, we felt it important for our whole focus to be on cooking the freshest most flavorful food possible.

We have lived in Industry Main in our geodesic house on our hilly little property since November 2017, with our daughters Rhona Lulu and Alanna Rogue.

It brings us great joy to cook for you and create an atmosphere of FOOD, FIRE, AND FRIENDS.
