1. Reserve as early as possible. Watch our frequently asked questions video on our website and social media.

2. Reserve extra tables for food, deserts, awards and picture display.

3. Reserve lighting if you expect your party to go into the evening hours.

4. Consider having your graduation party in May or on a Friday to ensure that all of your friends and family can attend.

5. Remember to breathe and enjoy this planning process. This is a celebration!

Exciting News! Strong Roots Event Space

After a lot of hard work and dedication we are proud to announce Strong Roots Event Space! This event space is owned by the same owners as Poupard Tent Rental.

We are now hosting weddings and other events at our property located in Monroe, Michigan. We can accommodate up to 200 guests. Our three day venue rental is the ideal location for an outdoor celebration with beautiful scenery.
