If your possessions lack quality or draw, estate expresses 'hoarderish' vibes, or location lacks marketability and/or traffic; the juice just isn't worth the squeeze to your traditional *Estate Sale Liquidation Business*

Most of the time, the ENTIRE Contents of somebody's Home & Property (sometimes Collections spanning GENERATIONS) will need to be Liquidated and MUST be assessed systematically with extraordinary attention to detail in order for the following pieces of the puzzle to fit correctly. Although most people have heard about 'Estate Sales' to some degree - nearly NOBODY truly comprehends the amount of work, time, & infinite amount of moving-parts seamlessly needing to be threaded & intertwined perfectly together in order to run a Successful Sale. Some properties can take weeks to ready for a sale; with the top Estate Sale Services having hundreds of people shop there during any given sale. Just the Management of the Estate Sale alone is a complex entity; involving crowd-management, proper equipment & signage, parking, discounting, negotiating, theft-prevention, collecting payment, etc. It's only natural for these Services to seek out potential sales deemed 'Worth-it'; generating the highest potential revenues. It would be Unfair to blame these companies for following the natural, fundamental rules of general Business practice. Unfortunately, after everything is said and done - it's simply considered JUST that: good, old fashioned "Business." Studying Business Administration with a Sociology minor(College of Saint Rose|Albany, NY), those with even a smeckle of business knowledge will 1-0-0% agree with the Estate Sale Services Industries argument (myself included). Consequently, this *DID NOT* mean we had to accept it -- even when other services turned a blind-eye. I poised the question "Why can't we have BOTH...?"
This isn't simply another consumable-product where we don't want to invest our resources in a demographic with lackluster return-on-investment. These are people & families L-I-V-E-S we are talking about AND just because these organizations chose the easy, well-traveled path, never to look back...didn't mean we had to. The Most Overwhelmed Families...

Get cast aside...
Indefinitely stuck in their current dilemma...
Unable to progress forward, alleviate their burden, & get back to their normal everyday lives. Seemingly just another unfair system, where the most disenfranchised & needing get kicked to the curb. Even if you or your Family Member possess the qualified skills; the majority of the time Life has you in such an Emotional tail-spin from a Death, Divorce, Debt, Relocating, Downsizing, etc. You just aren't in the correct mind-set to carry out all of the logistics involved with an Estate Sale. People also fail to realize the "Emotional-Attachment" they have to their possessions. Subjectively priced, personally-ran sales end up being Busts due to unreasonable asking prices. Consequently defeating the entire set-out purpose & failing to reach your goal. ***

I've already MORE then overstayed my welcome regarding a 'FB Description" blurb...but bottom-line, I Started EMPOWERED Estate & Vehicle Sales because I saw a Massive Social Injustice afoot that i honestly believe can be resurrected. There isn't a doubt in my mind that my personal experiences - ESPECIALLY Tragedies - that through my life have ingrained a particular recipe of skills that rarely walk hand-in-hand...
The wittiest of new-age Business Acumen, Sales Expertise, & Social Media & SMM Prowess conjoin with years of familiarity within correlated used, preowned, & second-hand local markets. I believe that if somebody actually took the time to care, with the right know-how, they'd be able to create & establish a viable network, capable of sustaining these lower accumulated revenues at higher volumes.
