Good morning! Wanted to introduce myself again to those who have recently joined. My name is Karlene Palmer-McLeod, mother to two sons and based in Montclair, NJ. I set up www.mylittlepalms.com in 2020 when my experiential marketing career was put on hold due to the pandemic. I started off with 4 packages and bribing my husband to assist me with my set ups. I reached out to other soft play owners to set up a supportive community group where we can assist and uplift each others small business. I inspired others and was inspired to grow my business with innovative packages and trends in the children’s rental business. I met Lisa from @theinnerathlete 6 years ago when I was running Baby Boot camp in Hoboken. As two female businesses owners, we bounced ideas and supported each other in building our local outreach.
