A simple and personable way to elevate an invite for a holiday party. We took this photo of our client's front door and made it into a watercolor for their family holiday party! In addition to the paper invite we also created custom cocktails napkins, party favors, and guest towels. Timeless and chic!

Last month, we were thrilled to assist with their 25th Anniversary Sound Start Benefit, held at the ! It was a wonderful evening that included a live and silent auction, touching success stories and a beautiful performance by Mandy Harvey! We have been working with Sound Start since the beginning of the year on this event along with their June Anniversary Kick-Off Celebration.

Sound Start Foundation is an amazing non-profit located in Mountain Lakes, NJ. They raise much needed funds for the Sound Start Babies Program. This provides life-changing early intervention, family-support and nursery programs to children with hearing loss throughout New Jersey. The Sound Start Babies Program has helped thousands of babies with hearing loss learn to listen, speak, communicate and achieve their full potential!

Some of our event services included event coordinating, custom table decor, auction item acquisitions and presentation, online registration and silent auction utilizing Greater Giving, print coordination, social media and email marketing, boosted ticket sales and run-of-show.

It's been a whirlwind 6 weeks here at ASE but we are so happy to be working at charity events again! Over the next few weeks, we want to showcase some of the great events we worked on and the charities behind them.

The first event was the United Hospice Let's Dance Gala on September 23 at The Pearl River Hilton. As a community-based, not-for-profit, United Hospice provides expert hospice care and emotional support to thousands throughout Orange and Rockland counties.

Their annual Gala raises much needed funds to continue providing their expert services. We were honored that they chose us to assist with their event planning and coordination needs. Some of the services included online registration and silent auction utilizing Greater Giving; elevated the silent auction offerings by reaching out to our network; improved social media and eblast marketing; elevated the florals and menu offerings; assisted with the run-of-show and online auction at the event.
