As we say goodbye to 2024 and look ahead to 2025, we want to thank each and every one of you for making this year so special. From the riders stopping in for a cold one, to the guests who have become family, and to our incredible staff who keep this place running like a well-oiled machine—you’re the reason we love what we do. Here’s to more great rides, good food, and even better memories in the New Year. We can’t wait to see y’all back at the Bent Rim Grill and Frio Canyon Motorcycle Stop!

Greetings to all our Facebook friends and followers! We hope you had a great Christmas and the new year treats you well!

The club held our annual Christmas social on Saturday, December 14th. The host elves were Patsy and Andy Potter, Maxine Scott, Sherryl Dunlap and her sister, Pat Stanton. They treated us to their famed and wonderful San Antonio Riverwalk chili, and all the traditional chili toppers, along with a few unexpected ones. These elves did Santa proud as they cheerfully dished up bowls of chili for everyone. Others brought some tasty sides and yummy desserts.

After everyone had eaten, the hosts led us in a holiday game for which they provided gifts followed by singing Christmas carols. Everyone pitched in to help with clean up.

Several brought donated items for Happy Place Animal Rescue in Leakey. It was a wonderful social and a big thank you goes to our hosts for this evening of fun and laughter.

Garner State Park will be closed to all visitation and camping starting Wednesday, January 1st at 10 PM until Wednesday, January 15th at 8am for our annual wildlife management hunts. Please check our website for more availability and information regarding park closures.
**The South end of the park (Old Garner) will remain closed until March for repairs.
