🔥 Coastal Roots Hospitality Donates $10,168.64 to Monterey Firefighters Community Foundation
Through Pick It Up — Pay It Forward
MONTEREY, Calif. (June 30, 2025) — We’re proud to announce that the Monterey Firefighters Community Foundation was the May–June 2025 recipient of our Pick It Up — Pay It Forward program, receiving a donation of $10,168.64.
This donation reflects 10% of all takeout orders placed at , , and over the two-month period — part of our continued commitment to supporting impactful local nonprofits.
Launched in 2020, Pick It Up — Pay It Forward has now raised more than $350,000 for dozens of community-based organizations across Monterey County.
“The Monterey Firefighters Community Foundation provides vital support for public safety, education, and community needs throughout our region,” said CRH co-owner Ken Donkersloot. “We’re proud to contribute to their mission and give back to those who serve and protect us.”
The foundation invests in initiatives that make a lasting difference for Monterey County families, from emergency support to community wellness programs.
