The Diaz family, along with Bethany Ramirez in Monterey and Chef/Partner Enrique Dela Paz in San Diego, are excited to announce our latest Food Service Contract. Following a thorough qualification process with MCCS and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, we have been awarded a Food Service contract to manage their renowned restaurant “Iron Mike’s” and expand our catering services. We are privileged to oversee Iron Mike's restaurant for both lunch and dinner, offering elevated catering menus and access to four stunning venues capable of accommodating events ranging from 25 to 1200 guests. Our menu, combined with the exceptional MCCS venues, provides a distinctive and exclusive event experience in Southern California. Since our inception in Carmel Valley Village in 1963 by my grandparents and parents, we have expanded to operate in Monterey and San Diego.
