✨Inspired by our love for Ladurée, the Music Room transformed into a mini dessert shop that brought the elegance & charm of Paris right to us. From the delicate floral arrangements from to the irresistible treats, every bite is a nod to the beauty of French patisseries. The pistachio eclairs and strawberry pastries were almost too pretty to eat... almost! 😋💐 created the most delicious pastries & we loved every bite!

To honor Lieutenant Dowd’s honorable service in the U.S. Army, West Point sabers were flown in for their service & it was a perfect way to welcome MRS. Dowd into the Army as his new wife!
It sprinkled right up til the time our radiant bride was about to walk down the aisle & God opened up the sky to let the light in & the day ended up being absolutely perfect! co did an AMAZING job of capturing the beauty & love shared between Mary Grace & Buddy on their stunning wedding day! Fun fact: I’m laying in the water filled tub, sweater and all in order to get this shot. Sacrifices had to be made & when it comes to piggies, I will always volunteer as tribute. 🐷

Introductions are in order since we never formally introduced “us” & there’s no better way than a quick picture behind-the-scenes of an event day!

👋🏼 We are Cristina & Spencer Cadden, owners, operators, and restorers of ✨
We opened the venue in May 2021 after purchasing the property in October 2019, yes 6-months before the pandemic, and have been physically restoring the 8,300 sq ft mansion ever since!
We previously owned a specialty furniture rental company in the San Diego wedding industry for 8 years, before setting our sights on the South to open a wedding/events venue space.
We began our hunt for the perfect property by typing our criteria into Zillow and looking from Texas all the way to North Carolina for a year and a half before stumbling upon the Pelzer Mansion here in Montgomery.
The mansion was built in 1915 and needed a full scale historic restoration to bring it back to its original grandeur, which took a year and a half of 12-hour hard working days to achieve our grand opening for our 1st wedding.
Although rezoning the once private residence to a commercial venue was difficult to say the least, we have been overwhelmed with the amazing reception we have received upon our successful opening & restoration.

A little personal info:
When we are not working events & wedding we are:
-loving on our pet piggy (Floyd) & parrot (Scarlet)
-traveling (especially to France 😉)
-belting Taylor Swift
-hitting up all the estate sales
-engineering (just Spencer!)
-watching all the Harry Potter movies over and over again
-married for 10 years in August
-just plan living life together as we have for the past 11+ years!
