Bye Bye Inflamation!!!

Boost your immune system!😍

• 40 0z. Water
• 2 1/2 inch slices of ginger root
• 1 Lemon juiced
• 2 1/2 inch slice of fresh turmeric
• 1/4 tsp Cayenne
• 1/2 tsp black ground pepper
• 2 Tbs Raw Honey

Bring to a boil , then simmer for 10 minutes. Start your day with this spicy delight and say so long to your inflammation! 👍🏼😍
