Our fingers may be tired, our shoulders my be achy, our feet a little numb, and our brains in brain fog from counting and recounting to make sure everyone got their buddy; but our hearts are FULL! Round two of delivery day was a success. Lots of “grandparents” were shown lots of love today. Thank you to each friend, fb friend, KM friend that help to make today happen. , , , and thank you for EVERYTHING and being literally the hands and feet that made today happen, I could not have nor would want to do it without yall. helped join in on the fun on delivering to our “grandparents” at Oak Grove Inn. It was one for the memory books for sure. I will post more pics tomorrow. It is time for a little sleep.

Today starts prep day for Adopt-a-Grandparent. As I write the name of each friend that is helping to spread love to those that are often forgotten about, it brings tears to my eyes that we are all part of something so much greater than ourselves. It is small acts of kindness that truly makes this world a brighter place. Thank you to everyone that is part of these sweet moments. 154 grandparents are still up for adoption. (Even Lucie decided to help this morning.

Haven on Halcyon delivery will be Thursday, followed by deliveries to Oak Grove, John Knox, The Crossing at Eastchase, and Wesley Gardens on Friday. 166 “grandparents” are still left up for adoption.
