Gymnast Spotlight 🌟 Say hello to Maggie Shifferd! Maggie is 8 years old and she is part of our level 2 team. This is her second year being a competitive gymnast. Maggie started gymnastics in our recreational program, she briefly was on our pre-team and then was moved to our competitive compulsory team! Her favorite event is bars and she has progressed so much on that event. Maggie is a team player and is always willing to help out her teammates or her coach. She loves gymnastics because she gets to learn new skills and try new things. A fun fact about. Aggie is that she loves Science because she gets to make explosions 💥 At our most recent competition Maggie scored a 9.275 on Floor and took home second place 🥈 Great job Maggie! Gymnast Spotlight 🌟 Say hello to Skylar Brooks! Skylar is 7 years old and she is part of our level 2 team. This is her first year being a competitive gymnast. Skylar started gymnastics in our recreational program, then transitioned to our pre-team, and then was asked to join our competitive compulsory team this year! She loves to do bars and comes in every day with a big smile on her face. Skylar loves to dance and is always ready to help out. She loves gymnastics because she gets to spend time with her friends, learn new things, and she is working hard to move up! A fun fact about Skylar is that she loves Cheetahs 🐆 At our last competition, Skylar scored a big 9.550 on balance beam taking first place 🥇 as well as scoring a 9.125 taking second place 🥈 and bringing home second place all around 🥈 Way to go Skylar!
