Hey Harlee, hey! 👋

The eight-year-old is practically beaming on the morning of her surgery. Our team is inserting a tissue expander under her scalp. Although it looks like she has a full head of hair, she has a bald patch related to an accidental scald injury when she was a baby.

The expander will gradually inflate, stretching the skin until the bald spot can be removed. Harlee's mom says this surgery will help her daughter feel more confident!
