I will also be providing DJ services at Outlaw Saloon New Prague on Saturday 6/1 from 8PM-1AM!!

I ABSOLUTELY love the expanded business that I have been able to achieve! I had a blast providing karaoke services for Happy Hour Bar! Karaoke at the happy hour was my 3rd gig this month! I’ve already got 3 gigs booked for next month! I couldn’t do this without my own hard work, energy, and drive as well as support from my community!

Getting to and from DJ gigs just got a lot easier! 😎 Everyone meet DA VAN, my new to me 2014 Ford E-150 Cargo Van! I am excited to see what the future holds out with me and this vehicle and my business! Having a bigger vehicle will make getting my many pieces of DJ equipment to and from gigs with ease! Cheers the the future with this van and my business!

6 years later in the city where everything began I had my first gig as an LLC company and with business insurance! It’s so unexplainably crazy how much more structured my business is! Below are some clips of some of the fun of the kids and their family’s on the dance floor for the successful 2nd annual TCU Montgomery Elementary Glow-A-Thon event! Bit of a AJ The DJ Entertainment update:

Just when I think I am done expanding my setup for DJ'ing I am not. It is never ending in a good way! I love dumping money back into my business to better improve the equipment I have! I always find a purpose for my equipment for the many of different gigs I do, but yet expanding even more gives more purposes for the new equipment, and lets me re-purpose my current equipment for different needs for different gigs!

I am also happy to say I have 3 gigs in the works for the next couple of weeks, all of which will get use of this new lovely equipment! Also one of those gigs happens to be a wedding on the 23rd of September!

I love running my own business and everything that has come with running a business and being my own boss and I love all of what it has become since I started in 2018, and looking back I don't think I ever was going to make it as far as I have..... I started with one speaker, an old sound board that was donated to me, a donated wireless mic, no experience, really no money, and now I have been fortunate to turn that into a full blown professional setup, and a room full of electronic craziness when my equipment is not in production. Also getting the experience to get professional with my customers when helping plan their events is fun as well! Making spreadsheets to track expenses, track profits, contracts for weddings, etc. Lots of office work required for a business like this to function is something else I enjoy about my business!

Mistakes still do happen, and I continue to learn after every gig, during gigs, and in between gigs when scheduling events in my new as of this summer booking calendar which will be implemented permanently into my business going forward. Learning reminds me that I am far from perfect, but learning from pervious mistakes is essential! I feel like I have done a good job at taking the things I have learned to improve my business!

With my business expanding I will be on track to have the best yearly profit since I started this business in 2018 for 2024, that is if I stop buying more equipment. But again it is so rewarding to be able to say I am bettering my equipment for better business. Most of the money I have made this year and in years past has gotten dumped right back into the business.

Thanks to the countless of people who have supported this passion of mine that slowly is becoming a future for me, and continue to support me DJ'ing! Your support means SO much! I feel like I have brought so much joy to so many people since I started this in 2018, and I am happy that each year that number of people that get joy out of me doing something I love with a passion makes me SO happy!

Working hard to get the things you love for what you love is SO rewarding not only for my business, but anything in life! Also that anything in life that is worth while won't come easy! I am so happy that I have had the people that have taught me this, because it has helped shape the way I work and many of the lessons and things I have gone through in life.

The sky continues to still be the limit; I can only continue to go up!
