Good morning Inflatable's Fans! Happy rainy Wednesday to you! 🙂🌧☂️ We get asked often when booking "What happens if it is supposed to rain the day of my event?" Rest assured, if there is a 60% chance of rain (or higher) forecasted for the day or your inflatable rental you can reschedule or cancel without losing any deposit or payment placed as long as you give us at least a 24 hour notice prior to your event date/time 👍 For lower rain chances or general cancellation, we simply hold the deposit amount on your account for use toward a future inflatable rental. Unfortunately same day cancellations do forfeit your deposit so we want to remind everyone to stay weather aware! Don't worry if you forget, we will always give you a courtesy delivery call 24 hours prior to delivery and let you know what the weather chances look like 😉 Water inflatables can still be enjoyed in the rain as long as no ligntning/storms are present!
