Attention folks! I will be set up this Saturday at the downtown market in Monticello! I am trying something new this weekend, I am wanting to do loaded pulled pork baked potatoes 🥔!! I will be serving both baked potatoes and nacho bowls! They will be $8 each and very customizable! I hope you all come out and support all of our local businesses and try some delicious foods!

Attention folks! I know I haven’t been public for a while. It’s been a little hot out and scheduling just was not right. I have however been doing some private catering for some customers and I greatly appreciate you all! For this reason I have been looking in to giving a few new options for you all. I have recided to rent out inflatables as well to help make your parties and events even more memorable and enjoyable! Alright folks, I am in need of some help from you all. I feel like I’m in a rut with my bbq and sides. Let me know if there is a side I’ve made that stood out to you or a meat that I’ve smoked that is just your all time favorite to help inspire my next cook. Attention folks! This Saturday we will posted up by the Wayne County Fitness Center for a special cook! We will be doing brisket 3 ways! Come by and get a brisket sandwich for $5, brisket nachos for $10 or a brisket meal with baked beans and coleslaw for $10! We’ll also have our famous ooey gooey cake for $2 a slice!! Come out and support their cause, they donating all proceeds to the National Alliance on Mental Illness! We will also be donating a portion of our proceeds to this great cause! Our product for that day will be smoked tenderloin! Our tenderloin will be available to serve on a plate meal with baked beans and macaroni salad for $10 or you can get a tenderloin sandwich for $5! Come out this Saturday and help to support a great cause! We will try to do place ahead orders as well!

Folks this Saturday 5/11/24 we will be set up beside the old Guffey’s car wash! We will be serving pulled pork sandwiches and nachos! To liven things up we will be making some additions to our pulled pork upon request with some of our homemade slaw! $4 for a sandwich $5 if you want slaw on top, $9 for nachos $10 if you want slaw!
Would like to give a big Thank You to the Wayne County Gifted and Talented program for allowing us to set up at their carnival today! And a big Thank You to everyone who came out to support their cause! I would also like to apologize to those who showed up after I had sold out. I will make sure the next time I set up there will be more than enough for everyone! Thank you all again!
Today’s the day folks! Come on out to the Wayne County High School parking lot and let’s help support these awesome kids with their charity drive! Plenty of vendors, inflatables and other activities for the kids, and even a petting zoo!
We are happy to announce that we will be set up this Saturday from 11-3 at the Wayne County High School gymnasium parking lot in support of the Gifted and Talented program. We will be serving pulled pork sandwiches and pulled pork nachos! We will be donating a percentage of our proceeds back to the program to help them support the House of Blessing, so please come out in support of these amazing young folks!
Alright folks, I know it’s been a while since I’ve been able to do any smoking but I believe it’s time to start back up. This Saturday 4/13/24 I am smoking and selling whole pans of pulled pork and our homemade bbq sauce for $50 each. No limit folks! It’s going to be a pretty weekend so if you’re needing a dish for a family get together or just wanting an easy dinner just message me!
We would like to say Congratulations to Joe Baker and Whitney Baker on their new marriage!
